Agree the standard first
Define measurements, tolerances, appearance requirements and decoration references before production. This page describes review points to discuss, not a claim of certification.
Review samples
Assess fit, construction, color, fabric and branding against the agreed specification. Request relevant testing where the intended use or market requires it.
Agree inspection arrangements
Discuss inspection timing, sampling approach, acceptance criteria and how issues will be resolved before shipment.
Keep records
Retain the approved sample, dated specification, revision history and inspection documents for the order.
