Our sustainability approach connects cleaner energy, resource monitoring, employee wellbeing and material development across a supply chain with more than 20 years of operation.
Solar-powered operations
More than half of the electricity used by our clothing factories comes from solar energy. Rooftop photovoltaic panels support manufacturing, and solar water-heating systems supply hot water to employee dormitories.
Water & energy efficiency
We monitor resources to identify opportunities for improvement. Our reported reduction in water consumption per garment over 2015–2021 was 27%.
People are part of sustainability.
We value openness and transparency in our relationships with employees, customers and partners. Employee wellbeing, medical coverage and fair compensation are central to our approach to ethical garment manufacturing.
Materials with a considered purpose
Textile & chemical requirements
We work with OEKO-TEX and REACH-related requirements and discuss the appropriate product and material documentation for each project.
Recycled & emerging materials
We develop options using recycled textile fibres, recyclable materials and degradable raw materials, together with external partners.
Working towards a smaller environmental footprint
Recycled plastic bottles can be used as feedstock for textile fibres. Solar energy and more efficient resource use can reduce reliance on conventional energy sources, while continuous monitoring helps us find further opportunities to improve.
We work with customers on material selection and production requirements, so that sustainability considerations form part of a practical product-development brief.
