1. Share your brief
Send the garment concept, tech pack, artwork, quantity breakdown and target destination. Tell us your priorities for fit, fabric and finishing.
2. Review the quotation
Confirm the proposed specifications, MOQ, sample fees, payment arrangements and schedule before development.
3. Develop and approve samples
Review fabric, measurements, decoration and trims. Record revisions and approve a dated specification before bulk production.
4. Confirm production and shipment
Agree production milestones, inspection criteria, packing details and shipping arrangements in writing.
